What is your face wash?

Well i like to change my face wash regularly.

I have found the perfect skin routine (thank you Clinique - will come to that later) but I love to test face washes.

As for now the one I am using gives me great satisfaction: Dior Creme Moussante Nettoyante Magique
It removes makeup and dirt perfectly and leaves your skin squeaky clean!!
I LOVE it

The latest addition to my (very) long list of "stuff"

The Braun Silk-Epil Expressive Wet & Dry

Boy i love this!
I had an old epilator from Braun which was fine enough but then this baby came out and what convinced me is the fact that you can use it in the bath or shower. How cool is that???
Silky smoth legs are guaranteed!! and the "smart light" is brilliant! you can track every hair and get rid of it so easily. It is less painful than the one i had but then again, the legs are not were waxing or epilation are the most painful!

It's pricey (about £100) but right now it's on promotion: 1/3 of the price off!!

Run for it!
I can't tell you how many boots i went into to find it. It's better to go to the big ones.
I found mine at the one in High Street Kensington.

Then...

One day, after a fantastic braid-out I came back home, washed my hair and let it air-dry.

And decided to flat iron it.

All of a sudden, right in the middle of the process (and I mean, I have tons of hair so being able to do half of it was a big deal), I got so mad, I grabbed some scissors and choped more than half of the length.

I do that every 2-3 years. It was quite a miracle that i kept it for that long honestly!

I think I did because the boyfriend was far away and i was a bit down and everything..

When he came back he loved it!

and I do too :)

And look how pretty:

So...

This is how it all started folks.

As per usual, I would relax my hair whenever I felt it was necessary, would shampoo my hair once a week and once dried, would use my beloved flat iron to get these luscious locks...my hair was shiny and bouncy and really soft to touch.

Then, in 2008, i became more aware of what I was doing to hair and how badly I was treating it. That was not an obstacle to its growth though...I guess, I can thank my parents for that!

Anyway, I came across a few websites explaining how bad shampoos were for our type of hair and decided all of a sudden that I was fed up of doing my hair every week , of relaxing it every 8 weeks or so and decided to get on board with the conditioner-only type of washing. My hair LOVED it and kept growing longer. I was twisting my hair and used CurlyNikki's Twist & Curl method which gave me amazing results (http://www.curlynikki.com/).

That's how I entered my journey in Transitionland....
